Please review any non-solicit agreements you previously signed or agreed to. Most non-solicits prohibit actively recruiting a coworker. You are responsible for adhering to non-solicit agreements with current and previous employers. Elevator is different as it allows teammates to seek opportunities in tandem with no need for soliciting.
We are currently partnering with tech startups and larger companies in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago and New York. We carefully select companies and request approval from our users before sharing any identifiable details with interested companies.
The recruiting industry spams people a lot. You will be contacted only when there is a prescreened company with positions matching your team and a clear interest in you personally.
No, only employers seeking an introduction will be connected. If there is mutual interest, we will make sure you are on your way to an interview.
No. Your profile is automatically hidden from your current employer. You can add or remove employers you are interested in on the Elevator dashboard.
No, it is only an indication of interest and an opportunity to interview. You can accept as many invitations as you like. Your profile will be visible only to employers you approve.
Simply disconnect them from your profile. No notification is given when a disconnection occurs so no bad feelings.
Simply outline it on your Elevator dashboard and we will note it accordingly.
There is no public access or sharing capabilities for user profiles. Right now we feel it’s important to protect user profiles.
